Huawei reportedly ‘open’ to selling 5G chips to Apple
Huawei Technologies is “open” to selling 5G smartphone chips to Apple Inc., the Chinese tech giant’s chief executive told CNBC in a new interview.
Let's keep in mind you first have to have a 5g network across the US before they can be functional.
I have 5g now on my Apple device Did they buy it from Huawei?
you do not. Apple does not have 5G phone yet
when it says "5G" it isn't true 5G which is still being developed and tested. To say it's 5G is a marketing ploy
Hua Wei actually makes a great phone, so Apple buying their chips may not be such a bad idea.
Not about the quality, it's about the security
All the Chinese companies are copying our technology, but how come they are ahead of us.
@Joel China is working on 6G right now, I guess they are also stealing it from the US which we don't have? Is that your logic?
Are you kidding me?!?! Apple pays Huawei almost $1 billion in patent rights each year! Huawei to Apple? 83 million. Who’s copying who?
Why would Apple buy the chip?
Ironically, the Chinese haven’t invented anything since paper
No, thank you, we don’t need it. I will never buy iPhone again if they go along with this, seriously.
iPhone is assemble in China, you know
Ah, I am getting it now. This article was writing by the Chinese to beg Apple to buy their product. This is what’s going down. It is a prospective article. Now we get it
No one needs Huawei plastic chips which doesn’t work
the problem is: apple doesn't even have that "plastic chip".
China leading the 5G technology.
